These terms govern your use of Her Protocol. Please read them carefully — especially the sections on medical disclaimers and how our recommendations should (and should not) be used. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Her Protocol. The service is designed for women's health optimization and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Her Protocol is a wellness and health-optimization platform. We use your intake, uploaded labs and genetic data, connected wearables, and AI to generate personalized, educational protocol recommendations covering lifestyle, supplementation, and, where a licensed clinician is involved, physician-guided options.
The app generates information and suggestions. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not practice medicine.
This is the most important section, so we'll be direct:
You are responsible for your own health decisions. Any action you take based on information from Her Protocol is at your own risk.
Some content discusses peptides, hormones, and other compounds that may be investigational, require a prescription, or be subject to evolving regulation. You acknowledge that:
Educational discussion of a compound is not a recommendation that you obtain or use it.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your health status current, since outdated information can lead to recommendations that aren't appropriate for you. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the information and files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service to you (including parsing it and using it to generate your protocol). You represent that you have the right to share any data you upload. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid features are billed on a subscription basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

The Her Protocol platform, brand, content, and software are owned by Her Protocol and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service. Your personalized protocol is generated for your own use; the underlying methodology and content remain ours.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for you, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Protocol and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) will survive.
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
