About her protocol

Built for women.
By a woman who got
tired of guessing.

For too long, peptide and optimization protocols have been designed around male biology — then handed to women with a shrug. Her Protocol exists because women deserve better than someone else's data.

The problem

Most protocols were built on men's bodies.

The majority of foundational research in sports medicine, peptide science, and longevity has been conducted primarily on male subjects. When women enter the picture, they're often given the same doses, the same timing, the same compounds — with no consideration for where they are in their cycle, how their hormones fluctuate month to month, or what their genetics actually say about how they process and respond to these compounds.

A woman in her luteal phase has a completely different hormonal environment than she does in her follicular phase. Her cortisol response, her inflammation markers, her sleep architecture, her recovery capacity — all of it shifts. A good protocol should know that. Most don't.

Add perimenopause to the picture — where hormones can swing dramatically and unpredictably — and the gap between what women need and what they're being offered becomes impossible to ignore.

~70%
of foundational clinical trials in peptide and longevity research have been conducted on male subjects or male animal models, with findings applied broadly to women.
28 days
The average female cycle creates four distinct hormonal phases, each requiring different nutritional, recovery, and supplementation support. Most protocols ignore this entirely.

Women entering perimenopause report that their existing health and wellness protocols stopped working — because nobody updated them to account for the shift.

What's different here

Every piece of the puzzle, finally in one place.

Her Protocol isn't a generic supplement stack or a one-time consultation. It's a living system that adapts to your actual biology — and keeps adapting.

🩸

Bloodwork, not guesswork

Quarterly hormone and biomarker panels — estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, TSH, IGF-1, CRP, ferritin, and more — form the foundation of every protocol. Not symptoms alone. Not intuition. Data.

🧬

Your genetics, actually used

Upload your 23andMe or raw DNA file and we analyze the variants that actually matter for peptide and hormone response — MTHFR, COMT, VDR, APOE, and others. Your protocol reflects your biochemistry, not an average.

🔄

Cycle-phase aware

Your protocol knows where you are in your cycle and adjusts accordingly. Different compounds, different timing, different recovery recommendations depending on your follicular, ovulatory, luteal, or menstrual phase.

📡

Daily monitoring, not annual check-ins

Your wearable data — HRV, sleep architecture, readiness, recovery — feeds into your protocol in real time. We can see when something's shifting before you feel it, and adjust before it becomes a problem.

The founder

I built this because I needed it.

I'm 41, a mother of three, and for the last several years I've been doing something most women haven't had the access or the obsession to do: building my own personalized health protocol from scratch. Functional medicine labs. Hormone panels. Peptide research. My own genetic data. And a lot of trial, error, and careful observation of what actually moved the needle.

"I wasn't broken. I just didn't have the right information — or a system that understood that my body in week three of my cycle is a completely different biological environment than my body in week one."

What I kept finding was that the information existed — the science was out there — but it was scattered across functional medicine practitioners, peptide forums, research papers, and genetic databases. Nobody had put it all together in one place, specifically for women. And the protocols I kept finding? Built for men. Adjusted for women as an afterthought, if at all.

As a woman moving through her 40s — watching my hormones start to shift, tracking what my labs were telling me, experimenting with BPC-157 for inflammation, Sermorelin to support growth hormone, progesterone support in my luteal phase — I realized I had built something worth sharing. Not as a generic protocol, but as a system.

The four pieces I kept coming back to:

🩸
Quarterly bloodwork
Hormones, biomarkers, inflammation — on a real schedule, not when something goes wrong
🧬
Genetic analysis
Which peptides and hormones work best for your specific biochemistry
🔄
Cycle awareness
A protocol that knows your phase and adapts — not one static list of supplements
📡
Daily wearable data
HRV, sleep, readiness — watching how your body actually responds in real time

Her Protocol is what I wish had existed when I started. A single system where every piece of the puzzle is considered — regardless of what phase of life you're in. Whether you're in your 30s optimizing performance, navigating perimenopause in your 40s, or managing a specific hormonal condition, the foundation is the same: your actual data, taken seriously.

I'm not a doctor. I want to be clear about that. What I am is someone who has spent years doing the research, running the experiments on myself, and building relationships with some of the best functional medicine physicians and medical professionals in this space. Her Protocol is built in partnership with those physicians — they inform the protocols, they're available for supervised hormone support when appropriate, and they're part of how we make sure everything we recommend is grounded in real clinical thinking.

We also use AI to synthesize the latest research — learning from the best physicians, the most current clinical literature, and the real-world data coming in from our members — so your protocol reflects what's actually working, not what was standard five years ago.

This is for women who are done being told their labs are "normal" when they feel anything but. For women who know their body is trying to tell them something and finally want one place to hear all of it — and act on it.

Our mission

Every woman deserves a protocol built around her.

Not a protocol built for a 175-pound male athlete and handed to her with a reduced dose. Not a wellness plan that ignores her cycle. Not a hormone clinic that only intervenes when things get bad enough to justify a prescription.

Her Protocol is built on the belief that optimization isn't a luxury — it's something every woman deserves access to, at every phase of her life.

01
Precision over generic
Your labs, your genetics, your cycle. Nothing averaged out or assumed.
02
Proactive over reactive
We don't wait for things to break. Daily data means we see shifts before you feel them.
03
Evolving over static
Perimenopause, new symptoms, life changes — your protocol adjusts with you, not against you.
